At Procon Skyhire, customer safety is of paramount importance to us. We pride ourselves on adhering to the high standards of safety and service demanded by the hire trade; and our duty of care as a platform hire company is to do all that we reasonably can to ensure that each customer comes home safely.

We have established policies and procedures which have helped us to meet the standards required for IPAF and Safe Contractor accreditation. Our business practices are audited regularly to ensure that we comply both with our own policies and procedures and all relevant safety regulations. All of this helps us to maintain our excellent safety record and to minimize risks to our customers and staff.

All of our machines are LOLAR accredited and reviewed under this standard every 6 months so you get the best performance for your project.

IPAF Rental+

IPAF Rental+ is an independent quality mark that is awarded to member rental companies who have been audited to meet defined standards in customer service, safety, staff training, contract terms and machine inspection. These standards are industry-driven and self-regulating. They are set by a committee of experienced players in the powered access rental business.

Each audited company gets a return visit from the auditors every year. In essence, the IPAF Rental+ sign distinguishes reliable suppliers of access equipment from the others.

IPAF & Safe Contractor accreditation - Procon Skyhire

Safe Contractor

The SAFEcontractor scheme is designed to review and audit the health and safety policies, procedures and documentation of contractors.

Qualified auditors take into consideration the profession, industry sector and business size, providing tailored safety audits that help to identify whether there is suitable and sufficient health and safety compliance within a business.

Once the auditing process has been successfully completed, accredited contractors can use the SAFEcontractor certificate as a means of demonstrating their level of health and safety compliance to clients and potential clients.

Obtaining the SAFEcontractor accreditation reduces the need to submit multiple health and safety questionnaires to clients, therefore saving you valuable time.
